WE ARE OPEN!
As CDC restrictions in our community begin to ease, we would like to reassure that we took every step necessary and possible to ensure we maintain the safest possible office environment on the reopening of our practice. Our office is open and we are operating on our normal business hours. We have significantly elevated our already stringent protocols of sterilization and infection control in the office, and we are regularly disinfecting common areas and surfaces that are frequently touched. All members of our team are being evaluated daily to make sure they are at peak health, and we are utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) for examinations and treatments.
Here are a few of the changes you will notice at our office:
- A mask or face covering will need to be worn upon arrival at our office. It must fully cover the nose, mouth, and chin.
- If you have a fever or are feeling symptoms of any type, we ask that you contact us to reschedule your appointment.
- Before your appointment, we will ask that you participate in a screening that includes a questionnaire and a no-contact temperature check.
- We have added a Virtual Waiting Room environment for the safety and comfort of your staff and patients alike, minimizing the "in person" interactions between patients and staff.
- We ask that you observe the social distancing measures recommended by local, state, and federal health authorities keeping a minimum distance of six feet between other guests.
- Please arrive at your appointment alone (unless accompanying a minor) so that we can minimize the number of people in the office at one time.
- Hand sanitizer station is available at the reception desk and hand soap throughout the office.
- We have added sneeze guards at the reception desk for the added protection.
- We have added hydrogen peroxide rinse for mouth disinfection.
- We have added HEPA and UV light air purifiers throughout the office, and are rotating the rooms being used in order for disinfection to occur thoroughly.
- We have added extra oral suctions to reduce the aerosol in the office.
We thank you in advance and extend our gratitude for your understanding and cooperation. Together, we can help keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office, and one of our staff members will be more than happy to assist you. We’re looking forward to seeing you.
